South Pasadena Farmers' Market

South Pasadena Farmers' Market

Postby Linda on Sun Feb 15, 2009 2:19 pm

This is held on Thursdays from 4-7pm at Meridian Avenue, just next to Mission Metro Station. There's plenty of organic veg stalls, a new vegan food stall, organic lemonade, a stall selling freshly squeezed cane juice drinks, and a tamale stall which always has at least one vegan tamale.

I haven't seen one. There is a Korean food stall, mostly selling kimchi, but most of their stuff has fish sauce in. :(

If there is legitimately an all vegan Korean food person in Burbank that would be well worth the trip. Like you mentioned, so much fish oil, not to mention some other regular ingredients I saw when I worked at a Korean restaurant in Seattle. I wonder what other kind of dishes he has besides the traditional kim chi.
